Hello, I'm Dasa

I'm the designer, maker and hands behind DS Creabags.

From my workspace in Luxembourg, I design and create distinctive crochet handbags for women who appreciate individuality, craftsmanship and pieces that aren't made to look like everything else.

Every DS Creabags handbag passes through my hands — from choosing the colours and materials to the first crochet stitches, the structure, lining and final details.

For me, this is what makes handmade truly meaningful.

HOW DS CREABAGS BEGAN

DS Creabags grew from my love of creating with my hands and my fascination with what crochet can become.

I didn't want to create crochet bags that felt traditional or predictable. I wanted to explore how this beautiful handcraft could become something contemporary — something a woman could wear with confidence as part of her personal style.

That idea gradually became DS Creabags.

Today, I continue to experiment with shapes, textures, colours and details, allowing each design to develop its own personality.

CREATED SLOWLY, STITCH BY STITCH

A DS Creabags handbag isn't produced on an assembly line.

It begins with an idea, materials and my hands.

Crocheting the bag is only part of the process. I also work on its structure, lining, pockets, closures, straps and finishing details to transform the crochet work into a handbag designed to be worn and enjoyed.

Creating this way takes time.

And that's intentional.

I believe there is value in knowing that the object you're carrying wasn't produced by the thousands. Someone spent hours making it, paying attention to the little details that give it character.

DESIGNED TO BE DIFFERENT

I have never wanted DS Creabags to be about following every fashion trend.

Instead, I'm drawn to distinctive textures, interesting colour combinations and shapes that allow a handbag to become part of a woman's personality.

Some DS Creabags pieces are bold and playful. Others are understated and elegant.

But they share one thing: they are made for women who enjoy expressing their individuality rather than simply carrying what everyone else is carrying.

Because every bag is made by hand, small variations can naturally occur. I don't see these as imperfections. They are part of the character of a genuinely handmade piece.

Every DS Creabags handbag is designed and handcrafted by me in Luxembourg.

Keeping the making process personal allows me to stay connected to every piece I create and to maintain the craftsmanship that defines DS Creabags.

There is no mass production behind the brand.

Just ideas, materials, many hours of work — and a genuine love of making something beautiful with my hands.

I also offer selected designs as personalised orders.

That's another part of handmade work that I love: a handbag doesn't always have to begin and end as a product. Sometimes it can begin with a conversation.
