PRE-ORDERS

A pre-order allows you to reserve a standard DS Creabags design that is not currently available for immediate dispatch but is expected to become available or will be made as part of an upcoming production.

PAYMENT

A 50% deposit of the total product price is payable when the pre-order is placed.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the handbag is dispatched.

You will be contacted when your handbag is ready with instructions for payment of the remaining balance. The handbag will be dispatched once full payment has been received.

Any applicable delivery costs will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

ESTIMATED COMPLETION TIME

Because DS Creabags handbags are individually handmade, completion dates are estimates rather than guaranteed production dates.

I will provide an estimated timeframe when your pre-order is confirmed. If there is a significant delay, I will contact you as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

A pre-order for a standard, non-personalised DS Creabags product does not remove your statutory consumer rights.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may withdraw from your online purchase in accordance with applicable EU and Luxembourg consumer law.

For goods, the statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the goods.

You may also notify me of your decision to withdraw before delivery.

Where a valid statutory withdrawal is exercised, payments already received will be reimbursed in accordance with applicable law.

RETURNS

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless DS Creabags has agreed otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

PERSONALISED & CUSTOM ORDERS

DS Creabags offers selected handbags that can be created according to individual specifications agreed with the customer.

A personalised or custom order is a handbag that is made specifically for you according to individual specifications agreed between you and DS Creabags, rather than a standard product selected from the regular collection.

Depending on the order, this may include individually agreed combinations of colours, materials, dimensions, construction or other design details.

Before production begins, the agreed specifications, total price and estimated production timeframe will be confirmed with you.

50% DEPOSIT

Once the specifications and price of your personalised handbag have been agreed, a 50% deposit of the total product price is required to confirm the order and begin production.

The remaining 50% balance is payable when the handbag is completed and before dispatch.

Your handbag will be dispatched once full payment has been received.

CANCELLATIONS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Please choose your personalised specifications carefully.

Under applicable EU and Luxembourg consumer law, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Accordingly, where your DS Creabags handbag is genuinely made specifically for you according to individually agreed specifications, you do not have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that normally applies to standard goods purchased online.

Once your personalised order has been confirmed and production has begun, cancellation is therefore not normally possible.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact me as soon as possible at info@dscreabags.com. I will consider whether the requested change can still reasonably be accommodated depending on the stage of production.

YOUR 50% DEPOSIT

The 50% deposit confirms your personalised order and allows work on your individually specified handbag to begin.

Where the personalised-goods exception to the statutory right of withdrawal applies and production has begun, the deposit is non-refundable if you subsequently decide to cancel the order, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by DS Creabags.

COMPLETION AND FINAL PAYMENT

When your personalised handbag is completed, I will contact you regarding payment of the remaining 50% balance.

The finished handbag will be dispatched after full payment has been received.

Because each personalised handbag is handmade individually, the completion date provided when the order is accepted is an estimate. If there is a significant delay, I will contact you.

DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING GOODS

The personalised nature of a handbag does not remove your statutory rights if the product is defective or does not conform to the agreed order.

Your statutory rights and legal guarantees under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
